Welcome to Beamsville Smiles! Congratulations on taking the first step toward taking control of your oral health. During your first visit, you will be greeted by one of our friendly receptionists and asked to fill out our patient forms so we can get to know you (these are available to be downloaded and filled out at home). The next step will be to meet with your doctor and have them perform a comprehensive oral exam. They may elect to take radiographs and intraoral photos to help understand your needs in this appointment. Your doctor will establish a diagnosis and together, with your input, design a treatment plan that fits your goals and addresses any urgent concerns. Our doctors will help educate you on current options and provide recommendations for your teeth so you feel comfortable with your treatment going forward.
